The good news is, according to a survey, 76% of consumers believe now is a good time to sell.

The supply of homes for sale today is an all-time low. With low supply, sellers will most likely get more offers, which is what’s happening at present.

It’s not surprising that consumers think it’s a good time to sell. With low inventories and home prices pushing upward, it's quite obvious that the real estate market is favorable to sellers today.
